Wiltshire Wild Sauna is owned by Zoë Rawlings and Laura Rawlings - founded and operating at Park Farm Campsite, Braydon, Swindon, Wiltshire. It aims to provide an authentic wood-fired sauna experience.

How do we collect your data?

  • Signing up for our newsletter. We obtain email addresses only to send out occasional marketing offers and updates. 

  • Contact form. Your email and message is collected and sent through to email.

  • Email data that you provide. When you email us, we will retain your email and our response to it for as long as the business issue remains and there is a legitimate interest. We store this data for up to five years after your last interaction with us, unless you withdraw consent. 

  • Face to face contact. If you provided your contact details to us at an event, we may contact you via email, post or telephone. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest. We store this data for up to five years after your last interaction with us, unless you withdraw your consent. 

  • Customer satisfaction surveys. We occasionally invite our customers to give feedback to us on how we are doing as a business. These surveys are created in Google forms and are totally anonymous. Responses will be collected in a Google sheet which is only accessible to the founders and owners (Zoë Rawlings and Laura Rawlings). If the survey respondent gives permission, we may use some of the data shared for marketing or impact reporting purposes. 

Customers

We hold the data of all our customers in the Squarespace Acuity booking system. We hold this data under the legal basis of legitimate interest and will send out customers operational information relating to their booking in order to ensure that their experience with us is of the highest possible quality.

Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you.
