Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that life is hectic and plans change 

Cancelling your individual mixed sauna session

If you need to cancel your session with more than 48 hours notice, we will refund you the session minus a handling fee of £1 for mixed sessions (per individual spot).

If you want to avoid the handling fee, you can reschedule your session (provided there’s 48 hours notice). 

If you cancel with less than 48h notice, we regret that you will not be refunded, unless it’s an exceptional circumstance (please see below):

  • Declared emergencies and epidemics: Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics and public health emergencies.

  • Government travel restrictions: travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit travel.

  • Natural disasters: weather based events that prevent travel to / use of Wiltshire Wild Sauna.

  • Family / personal emergencies: we reserve the right to offer partial or full refunds to individual customers on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling your individual mixed sauna session

If you need to reschedule your session with more than 48 hours notice, we will do this for you at no extra cost. 

Cancelling your private hire sauna booking

We request seven full days’ notice for a full refund and five days’ notice for a 50% refund. 

We regret that we can’t give a refund if it’s less than 5 days’ notice, unless it’s an exceptional circumstance (as defined above).
