Sauna Etiquette

Shower before you sauna and plunge.

Please rinse off before using the sauna and cold dip, it helps keep both fresh for everyone.

Please sit on a towel in the sauna and wear a bathing costume.

Bring two towels with you. One to sit on, and one to dry yourself.

Ask before you put water on the stones.

We suggest pouring one ladle of water and then allowing the heat to take effect.

Only our aromatherapy oils and ices can be used on the sauna rocks.

Misuse of essential oils can affect other sauna users’ safety. Please ask our team for more info.

Be mindful of others' experiences.
